One day, Jack ventured out in a small exploration craft for a routine observation mission. To surprise Ellie, he piloted his craft near the mothership’s observation deck, communicating with her through the intercom. Their playful banter and shared dreams filled the void of space with warmth.
But the serenity didn’t last. A shadow loomed behind Jack’s craft — an unidentified ship, revealed to be a raider’s attack vessel, approached silently. Without warning, a violent strike destroyed Jack’s exploration craft, sending shockwaves through the mothership. Ellie, witnessing the catastrophic event, screamed in despair before collapsing unconscious from the impact.
The raiders boarded the mothership, making their way to the command deck where Ellie lay unconscious. Yet their intentions were far more sinister than mere resource plundering. What secrets were they hiding...
